Alexis Gabbriel Dziena was born on July 8th, 1984. Born and raised in New York, Alexis’s acting career started when she was asked to play a role in her high school’s play production of “Twelfth Night”. The role sparked her interest in acting and she later attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. In addition to being a talented actress, she is also a very gifted cellist, she has actually been nicknamed “Wonder Girl”. She also enjoys writing plays, painting, and playing the piano, Wonder Girl indeed!

Alexis had numerous tv guest appearances when she first started acting professionally. She appeared on shows such as: Witchblade, Law & Order, and Joan of Arcadia.

Alexis landed smaller roles in the movies; Havoc, Broken Flowers, Strangers with Candy, Stone Cold, and She’s Too Young. However, Alexis’s big break came when she was cast as “Kira Underlay” in ABC’s short-lived sci-fi show Invasion.

Since Invasion’s cancellation, Alexis has appeared in the movies: Sex and Breakfast, Fool’s Gold, and Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist.
